Ross leads the coaching and sporting side.
As an athlete, he finished 15th in the Olympics in 2002 and has won multiple national titles and been British number 1. Ross represented GBR internationally for 16 years in national teams.
Ross has been the Head Coach of multiple clubs and academies both in the UK and in Austria (where he went to school). He has been the Head of Coach Education in the UK for Snowsports for several years and has advised governing bodies on coaching strategy and content for the past twenty years.
He spent a decade as a BASI examiner for ski instructors and was the technical lead for developing the UK Coaching Pathway for alpine, freestyle and snowboard.
He's one of the most successful coaches in the country, having coached five different clubs to the national titles on eight occasions.
He holds the top Austrian qualifications as well as the British in both instructing and performance coaching.
Ross has also coached multiple sports including managing a football team for several years, gymnastics at two clubs in the East of England, rugby and multi-sports. He studied law at university and spent two years training as a carpenter.
He has six children of his own who take part competitively in various different sports.

Holly is a former national team skier who grew up in Soldeu in Andorra, where her father was the ski school director.
She quit skiing early to study at Cambridge where she discovered her passion for rugby and she went on to play for London Saracens for several years.
Holly speaks many languages (9 well and 5 fluently!) and is a qualified secondary school teacher, having taught languages, history and maths.
She has also been on the BASI demo team and is a L3 Coach and Instructor.
